Last week, we held the 13th annual spring meeting with our international partners. At the Pyramida Hotel in Prague, we welcomed more than thirty guests from across Europe and presented the latest product and business updates.

On display were the current models AquaMaster 26 IP and 45 IP from our new range of heat pumps using the eco-friendly natural refrigerant R290 (propane). Jiří Jiránek, Head of Technical Development, explained the main advantages of this refrigerant and the necessary safety measures required during design and installation to ensure maximum safety in the event of a leak. In this context, he also presented a specially developed ventilation box, which attendees had the opportunity to examine in detail.
Jan Jahoda, our software specialist, introduced updates to the pGDx control panel and demonstrated new features, including options for individual customization. His session included hands-on demonstrations and a valuable discussion with the participants, whose feedback will help us continue to improve user comfort and experience.
We are also enhancing our commercial support tools, including improvements to the ordering system, availability of schematics for designers, and promotional materials and catalogues in national languages.
A big thank you to all our partners who shared their insights and presented their new projects:
- Lukas Bühler, Tiba AG, shared his experience with integrating solar panels into heat pump systems. He highlighted the functionality of the MasterTherm control system and a unique inverter integration solution his company, Tiba AG, offers—placing the inverter directly inside the heat pump unit.

- Nick Salini, Thermal Earth, showcased a project using a cascade of the new propane heat pumps at Laureate Academy in the UK. This installation is unique thanks to a separate plant room placed in a container outside the main building, ensuring maximum safety. Another outstanding project demonstrated the use of water from a flooded mine for heating—a truly one-of-a-kind application.
- Lukáš Kadlík, MasterTherm IE, presented a cascade air-to-water heat pump system, which proves particularly effective for use in schools and hotels.
Following the enriching presentations, participants enjoyed informal discussions and individual consultations during a scenic evening boat cruise on the Vltava River.
