The meeting took place on 10–11 June at Hotel Pyramida in Prague and brought together distributors and partners from across Europe. As every year, the event provided an opportunity to discuss current market developments, exchange experiences and present the latest innovations from Master Therm.

New R290 heat pumps on display

During the event, we showcased two heat pumps using the natural refrigerant R290. Attendees had the opportunity to see the popular BoxAir 26 Inverter P air-to-water heat pump and, for the first time, the new AquaMaster 9 Inverter Combi P ground-to-water heat pump with an integrated domestic hot water tank. It is designed specifically for modern low-energy and passive houses and combines compact dimensions, high efficiency and integrated domestic hot water preparation in a single unit.

Product, software and service updates

In addition to product innovations, the programme focused on software development, partner support tools and upcoming legislative changes affecting the European heat pump market.

The presentations included:

• Karel Guzek – sales information, legislative changes and upcoming restrictions on heat pumps using F-gases

• Vojtěch Formánek – the MasterTherm heat pump configurator and MasterCal

• Jiří Jiránek – technical innovations, safety measures related to R290 refrigerant and the development of new heat pumps

• Jan Jahoda – new features of the pGDx controller and the mastertherm.online platform

• Jan Chytil & Tomáš Strejček – the new service support concept, mastertherm.tech and the preparation of technical documentation

• Martin Jeník – developments in the partner section and the launch of new Czech and German websites

We were pleased by the strong interest not only in our latest heat pump developments, but also in the wide range of IT and software improvements presented throughout the event.

Discussions on the Vltava River

A traditional highlight of the programme was once again the boat cruise on the Vltava River. Despite the less-than-ideal weather conditions, it provided an excellent setting for informal discussions, networking and valuable feedback from our partners.

These conversations remain an important source of inspiration for future product development and continuous improvements to our products and services.
