FinnBuild takes place every two years and is the largest event of its kind in Northern Europe. MasterTherm and ATREA entered the Finnish market together in spring this year, so naturally, we couldn't miss the opportunity to take part in FinnBuild.

R290 heat pumps in the spotlight

MasterTherm showcased its highly efficient and environmentally friendly heat pumps using the natural refrigerant R290. The ground-to-water category was represented by the AquaMaster 17 ICP, our exceptionally compact heat pump with an integrated 150-litre domestic hot water (DHW) tank.

We have also adapted the ICP (Inverter Combi Propane) range specifically for the Finnish market. From next year, these models will be available with an integrated backup electric boiler for DHW heating, ensuring a reliable hot water supply even in extreme winter conditions or when part of the heat pump requires servicing.

The integrated backup electric boiler will be available for the AquaMaster 17 ICP, 22 ICP, and the upcoming 26 ICP, the most powerful model in the range, which is scheduled to launch in spring 2027.

The air-to-water category was represented by the BoxAir 26 IP, one of our best-selling heat pumps for family homes.
